The first day of London Fashion Week almost feels like we’re “back to school”. You know how you get a bit nervous the night before because you don’t really know what to expect even though it’s the same thing time and time again. I remember that I had some mixed feelings of excitement and resentment because I knew that I would be sleep deprived. Because attending shows, putting a smile on your face, being well-dressed and going to parties is one thing, but when you work as a freelance writer like I do, you gotta produce your articles fast, I mean super fast! It’s even more challenging when you’re juggling between university and internships (at that time I was at Tank Magazine), a real marathon. Honestly, who ever said that fashion week is not tiring, please be my guest to the next one, I’d like to see your face at the end of the day. I’m sure many of my friends from the industry will agree.
